Is There a Direct Shuttle from Salisbury to Stonehenge?

Where Does It Depart?

The shuttle departs from Caboose, 115 South Western Road, Salisbury, SP2 7RR ÔÇö directly opposite the exit of Salisbury Train Station. If you've just stepped off the train, you are two minutes and one zebra crossing away from your pick-up point.

How Often Does It Run?

Six departures daily: 10:05, 11:05, 12:05, 13:05, 14:05 and 15:05. Return pick-ups from Stonehenge are available from 10:40 to 17:40, giving you a minimum of two hours on site regardless of which outbound service you take.

What's the Price?

£20 per person return. Included in the price: outbound journey, return pick-up from Stonehenge car park, free luggage storage at Caboose for the day, and a takeaway coffee before you depart.

Is It Different from the Tour Bus?

Yes. The official Stonehenge Tour is a large public bus operated by Salisbury Reds ÔÇö hop-on, hop-off, no assigned seats. The private shuttle is a smaller vehicle with limited spaces (12 per departure), a guaranteed reserved seat, and an all-inclusive price. It runs on a fixed timetable coordinated to match the tour bus arrival times at Stonehenge.
